The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested two brothers and three others in Ibadan for alleged connection with internet fraud.
Its Head of Media and Publicity Dele Oyewale made this known via statement in Ibadan on Wednesday.
Oyewale said that the suspects were arrested on Wednesday at their hideout at Alaka in the Elebu neighbourhood of Ibadan.
He said that the arrests followed the reception of intelligence reports that the suspects were living in opulence without any identifiable means of livelihood.
Oyewale said that four cars, laptops, exotic phones and a stamp bearing the bursary section of Queensland University School of Medicine, Australia, were seized from the suspects.
He said that the suspects would be charged to court as soon as investigations were concluded.
